That’s crucial to create your own business plan layout if you want to start your own business. We may have lots of good business ideas, but they will not fully executing if we don’t have a good business plan.You have many options to get the layout like buying a business plan software which will cost you $50 - $70.

1. Executive summary - Set your goal by listing down what you what to archive, when is the deadline
2. Customers - Define which market you want to target. If you are beginner, start from focusing in niche market and strategies how to reach your customers.
3. Competition - Do some market research and find out how many competitors you have. Know your competitors and create your own unique selling points to avoid direct competition. For example : Fedex and DHL. They are competitors for each other but they are not direct competition. Fedex focus on document delivery and DHL on huge stuff delivery. Do you get the point?
4. Suppliers - Go for many suppliers before make a deal. Negotiate with them and get a good offers. If you are not a good in negotiating, get a friend who are good in this area to go along with you. ( this is what i always do :D)
5. Marketing - The critical point to decide your business success. Spend some money on good marketing consultant ( avoid the consultant who don’t have the solid testimonials from their customers.
6. Human Resources - Planning on how many people you need to run your business and where to look for them.
7. Operation - Define the time and location for your business. Create a business system to run your business.
8. Financial - One of my millionaire mentor has taught me that, ” when you want to start a business, do not calculate how much money you will make first before you know how much of money you can lose”
